Born on Spring Street, 1982
Newly renovated under new ownership, J.R. Crickets Cascade continues to be Atlanta’s oldest and favorite buffalo wing destination. Located in the historic Cascade Heights neighborhood, this Sports Bar and restaurant has been serving chicken wings since 1990.
The Southside Gets Its Own
In October 1999, J.R. Crickets came to Cascade Heights — a historic Southside neighborhood that claimed the restaurant as its own from day one. This became a true neighborhood fixture, woven into the community it serves.
The Wings That Built Everything

A Menu That Goes Deep
Wings are the headline, but the full menu keeps regulars coming back — BBQ pork ribs, crab legs, steak and cheese Phillys, burgers, and ranch-fried okra. Under owner Trent Floyd, a full renovation brought fresh energy to a menu that never needed reinventing.
